#WeeklyNoCode Week 3: Execution

Published on Sep 3, 2020

The days where I actually get to spend head down and start building are my favorite ones. I love being lost in both the meditative processes of figuring out what content, colors, and overall vision of how to execute what's in my head.

Yesterday I mentioned about creating a directory where I create at least 50+ what I call "OG Makers" or historical figures who have invented or created things that have had a huge impact on our world today, and then allow people to vote on which one them are their favorite. After a lot of consideration, I decided to focus on quality instead of quantity for this particular project.

I will be planning to feature 10-12 historic makers that are not as widely known and then do a deeper dive into their lives and what they have achieved. Ultimately, I want to extract some core lessons and insights that modern makers can learn from. I can even imagine using this as a basis to create these very insightful twitter thread series that are based on history but offer inspiration and historical stories that the maker twitter may find entertaining.

I have two more days to execute. Pory have given me the easiest way to get this setup, now I can focus my time on getting the content as polished as possible.

Stay tuned for more!
