Walking and Running

Lately I have been writing about trying to get physically fitted by working out but I have not wrote anything about gym. I have nothing against going to the gym to workout. Well, actually by going to the gym is a great idea. Gyms usually have the right tools for people to use. People would pays for the membership fee to access the facility which indirectly made them want to always to go the gym too because of how much they have emptied their wallet.

Instead of going to the gym, I have been doing at least an hour run per day and trying to achieve 10,000 steps a day. Lately I have reached 9,000+ daily which is really a good start too. By running or walking, it will strengthen mostly my legs. So to make sure even my arms and body would be worked out, I took a light dumbbell with me during the walk and run.

Since today is a Sunday, usually it is the day makes me feel lazy to do anything. But today I actually went out to the heritage area of Penang and walk around the place, finding all the mural arts. Did a total of 4KM distance in 3 hours. It sounds long but it was just a slow walk, gracing through the structure of the builds and learning about the culture of those area.
