Celebrate the little wins

This great post by @rosieodsey inspired me for today's post.

Do you ever just get buried in work? You just push on, focusing on the next task, and the next, and the ...

Yeah, that's me. I don't stop. I only see what's on the to-do list... not on the done list.

That might be great for productivity sake, but it also leaves me never really satisfied and content.

When I never stop to see how far I've come, how will I recognize what I've accomplished?

Celebrating the little wins ... each day ... is important.

Because the goal is to always be a bit better than yesterday. And when you've learned something new or ticked off another item on the to-do list, you've won.

Every little win counts!

When you list all the things you've accomplished, you'll see how productive you've been. Probably much more than you initially thought. It's healthy to feel great about yourself from time to time!

My small daily wins that I'm proud of are: meditating, writing 200 words, crushing my steps goal, working out, not eating sweets, learning something new, reading.

A bigger recent win for me: Becoming a permanent team member of a marketing agency.

Let's pause and celebrate!
